We created a complete recruitment campaign, interviewing key members to create a suite of short, social content shared via existing platforms.

An all encompassing recruitment campaign across multiple social media platforms, designed to reach a new generation of lawyers with a new vision and way of thinking.rtantly dozens of new applicants!
How we Delivered
Intensive audience research for reach. Categorising users by digital platform. Brainstorming and storyboarding the content followed by 2 days of intense filming during which we spoke with every employeet importantly dozens of new applicants!
The Outcome
120,328 users reached.
Over 50 unique videos, ranging in length from 30-60s, as well as over 100 still images and most importantly dozens of new applicants!
